Whidbey Island Basketball Club (WIBC) is a youth basketball organization located in Oak harbor, Washington.  We offer boys and girls leagues, grades 4th through 8th.  

WIBC is registered as a 501(c)(3) organization with the IRS.

The purpose(s) of the WIBC are:
1. To provide a positive athletic experience in a competitive environment for 4th-8th grade boys & girls.
2. To teach the fundamentals of the sport of basketball.
3. To participate in tournaments and games in the SWISH league ad the North Puget Sound area.
4. To offer a more competitive opportunity for those not wishing to play recreational basketball.

WIBC league is fee based.  AAU membership is required to participate in the WIBC.  Cost of an AAU membership is an addition to the registration fee.

Covid Protocols

1.  Players/Families will fill out an attestation form on the Team Snap app before they will be allowed to participate each day.

2.  Masks will be worn at all times while in the facilities.

3. WIBC will ensure that all garbage is picked up and that the floors are swept.

4. WIBC will ensure that common touch areas will be sanitized after each group

5. WIBC will ensure that all equipment is sanitized between teams (i.e. basketballs, cones, etc.)

6. Groups will be limited to 14 participants and parents will be required to wait in their cars for pick up.

7. Each participant will also be required to use hand sanitizer after each session.
